House Sparrow Passer domesticus, recording 1: single-noted calls; recording 2: agitated and single-noted calls, with European Robin and Eurasian Blackbird. Lake Vouliagmeni holds a cliff breeding population of this synanthrophic and common species.

Eurasian Blackbird Turdus merula, recording 1: alarm and agitated calls; recording 2: alternative alarm calls of two birds. The Eurasian Blackbird is a common breeder of Attic pine forests and maquis.

Common Kingfisher Alcedo atthis, recording 1: three different calls; recording 2: alarm (?) call. A wintering bird was found to be present in December 2010 and February 2011 at Lake Vouliagmeni. It represents the first record of the species for the Hymettus.

Common Kestrel Falco tinnunculus, recording 1: two song phrases, with House Sparrow and Black-billed Magpie; recording 2: agitated calls and song phrase of a displaying pair, with European Robin. The species is a fairly numerous breeder of the rock cliffs and buildings.
